Hi everyone! I’m Sal, a Veteran and self-taught home cook/baker. I don't consider myself a chef. I'm just a foodie who enjoys being in the kitchen and sharing my creations with the world. I love making recipes that challenge me to step out of my comfort zone. What I mean by that is I typically aim to make dishes I've never made before or practice a cooking technique I've never used. After serving 9 years in the Army as a Food Inspector, my passion for food and cooking has definitely grown and I want to continue learning as much as I can so stay tuned!
