NOTES FOR THIS RECIPE

• Chicken: You can use chicken tenderloins or chicken thighs as well. You would cook everything exactly the same but for chicken thighs cook with the skin side down first so you can have that crispy crust.

• Side dishes: I normally serve this over white rice. The spoonful of sauce compliments everything. Pasta is another great choice to pair with this.

• Green vegetable: Feel free to swap out the spinach with another green veggie like broccoli!
